What to Send in a Care Package

Prior to sending a care package, the sender needs to determine what to send in a care package. A college student needs a care package filled with items that help him or her in school, such as books, pens and pencils. Tortilla chips and pretzels are appreciated by any college student. A soldier can always use an excellent pair of new boots, along with reminders of home that include favorite cookies and other precious items. Practical items that are hard to find also apply to a care package for a soldier. Perhaps the soldier needs a new toothbrush, toothpaste or special shampoo.
Females enjoy receiving different items
A care package to a female might include her favorite body lotion, facial cream, lipstick and nail polish. A manicure set or extravagant body wash is sure to make a hit. Of course, girls love to eat, and any types of snacks geared toward the particular girl or woman is sure to find favor with the receiver of the care package. A fancy comb and brush set, hair curlers and a curling iron are nice items to include in a care package for a female. A female student might appreciate an expensive pen and a blank notebook filled with paper made from real flowers.
Sending the right care package depends upon the person who is to receive the care package because various items apply to different individuals. Every individual, whether male, female, college student, soldier, young or old, appreciates receiving a care package filled with goodies and practical items.
